B&D ROLL-A-DOOR ® Series 2

A light rolling door that is perfect for industrial uses. This door is tailor-made to fit your various needs.

Features:

  • Bottom rail is made of aluminum with weatherseal
  • Deep rigid channel grooves
  • Continuous brake pressed steel curtain

Operation

  • Very easy to operate, smooth, and quiet. It has Nylofelt ® that is used to minimize friction.

Locking

  • Steel door stops, not plastic that is found in other brands
  • Locking bar end covers used to prevent hand or finger injuries
  • Very safe and secure

Durability

  • Spring lifespan of up to 20,000 cycles
  • Squareline Deluxe and Squareline Wideline pressed square-line panels reduce the deflection in the door curtain and the visible effect of seaming joints.
  • Soft, pliable bottom weatherseal to stop leaves and rain from penetrating the bottom.

Perfect for where maximum height openings are required. This industrial door is custom made to fit various openings.

Installation Requirements

B&D Roll-A-Door® is normally installed behind the opening on brackets above and to each side of the lintel. Headroom and sideroom are needed to accommodate overlap, brackets, rolled up curtain, guides and chain gear. The structure to which the brackets and guides are to be mounted must be of sufficient strength to accommodate the fixings and loads imposed by the door through operation and other forces.
